Horsham, Pa.—The Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP) and the American Society of Medication Safety Officers (ASMSO) have signed an agreement for ISMP to provide organizational management services for ASMSO.
This one-day interactive program, being offered by the Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP) and the United States Pharmacopeia (USP), is designed for pharmacy directors, risk managers, patient safety officers, medication safety officers, and other healthcare professionals seeking to enhance their ability to collect, analyze, and prioritize adverse drug event data.
The last program of ISMP's high-alert series this year is titled: Preventing errors from insulin: A multidisciplinary approach scheduled for October 15th. The link for the description of this program is:
