12th Annual ISMP Cheers Award Nominations

The prestigious ISMP Cheers Awards honor individuals, organizations, companies, and agencies that have, through their action during the previous year, set a superlative standard of excellence for others to follow in the prevention of medication errors and other adverse events.

Award categories include individuals and small groups, healthcare organizations, and professional organizations or group collaborative. Nominations will be accepted from 5/4/09 to 8/27/09.
