Corporate Medication Safety Strategy

Atlantic Health is comprised of two community teaching hospitals and a rehabilitation institute. We have decided to develop a corporate strategy for looking at medication safety and welcome any information that you, the medication safety expert at your facility, can provide us. If you would kindly answer the questions below or email me a time that is convenient for you to take my phone call, that would be greatly appreciated. I will be sending this survey out through a few listserv’s so my apologies in advance if you see this more than once.
